Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to understand indications for fusion of the craniocervical junction.
Upon completion, participants will be able to identify unique anatomy of the craniocervical junction which may make instrumentation more challenging.
Upon completion, participants will be able to recognize a variety of methods used for instrumenting the craniocervical junction.
