Mike Chen, MD, PhD, is an associate professor and fellowship program director at City of Hope National Medical Center. He is a neurosurgeon with particular expertise in brain and spinal oncology. He has performed a very large number of complex spine tumor resections. He has numerous publications including textbooks and Journal articles. Dr. Chen was a past president and is also on the board of directors of the society for brain mapping and neuro therapeutics.
