Dr. Summa graduated Summa Cum Lade with a BA in Biology and Minor in Biochemistry from Rosemont College (Philadelphia, PA). She completed a Master of Biomedical Sciences and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is currently a PGY-3 general surgery resident at Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is interested in vascular surgery and cardiothoracic surgery.
