Dr Miller's medical school was completed at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. This was then followed by general surgery residency at St Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Vascular Surgery Fellowship was completed at Eastern Virginia Medical Center and then started practicing in Phoenix, AZ. The practice is centered at Banner Desert Medical Center which is a tertiary care center that focuses on high acuity care.
