Tarek Dessouky MD, MBA, MPH CEO and Founder, American Institute of Research Dr Dessouky has over 25 years of experience in clinical trials design, logistics and implementation. After completing his residency in Urology, Lyon University in France, he decided to specialize in clinical trials. He was the Director of the National Institute of Clinical Research and then the CEO and Founder of the American Institute of Research. A few years later he was also a founder and Executive Director of Innovative Clinical Research Institute, the Research Arm of The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. Dr Dessouky has been a consultant to many Pharmaceutical and Research companies. As a consultant, he also helped many physicians' groups to start and conduct clinical trials. Dr Dessouky is a visiting professor at the American University of Health Sciences where he teaches the Master Program "Clinical Trials Business Development", and he also sits on the university advisory board. Dr Dessouky received his Executive MBA from Drucker School of Management, Claremont Graduate University and his MPH for Health Professionals from UCLA
